New Jewlery Creations--Glass Vial Necklaces

I have been busy working on some new jewelry designs for the upcoming craft fairs this summer.  Most of them will be available for sale in What the Rock?! as well.  One of the designs I have been making is little glass vials with found pieces of nature inside...like butterfly wings, moss, sand, dragonfly wings, insects, etc.   Some have vintage poison bottle labels or inspirational notes, or pretty scraps of paper, rocks, shells, etc.  Check 'em out....

New Eco-Friendly Baby Gear

Cute baby bib sets that are PVC free and easy to clean.  Go-anywhere mini-bib set that features two different patterns and made from non-toxic EVA with a cotton/nylon lining with a snap closure.  Choose from retro robot, sugar skulls, pirate, or peace and love.  Single bib is larger sized and has pockets to catch spills.  Makes a great gift for a new or expecting parent.

Eco-Friendly Shower Curtains!!!

These new vinyl shower curtains are stylish and earth friendly!  They can be used with or wothout a liner, and they measure 72 x 72-inches. Metal grommets for super strength, 12 gauge EVA vinyl, PVC-free.  Choose from Smiley Face, Peace Sign, or Skulls!  Brighten up your bathroom with these lovely curtains!!

Handmade Nation Screening and Trunk Show!!!

What the Rock?! is part of the Columbus Crafty Cotillion, a group of Columbus Ohio based crafters.  They are sponsoring a screening of Handmade Nation, a documentary by Faythe Levine chronicling the rise of the indie craft movement. And, the screening is held in conjunction with our Spring Trunk featuring new works from our members.  I will be selling my new jewelry there, as well as many other talented artists!

The screening will be held Saturday, May 8th at 3pm at Studio 35 (3055 Indianola Ave.). The trunk show will precede the screening from 1-3pm. Arrive early to enjoy a beer and shop for the perfect handmade Mother's Day gift.

Tickets to the screening are $5 and will be available the day of the show. The trunk show is absolutely free and open to the public. The event is sponsored by Studio 35 , Wholly Craft!, and the Columbus Crafty Cotillion.

Hope to see you all there!!!

Sing Along Tongs

A locking handle secures this 14" mic in place as cooks take to the stage for dinner and a show.

These dishwasher safe, 500 degrees Fahrenheit (260 Celsius) test silicone pinchers have what it takes to turn a Julia Childs into an Ozzy Osbourne in one hot minute!
